Integration / ERP Sync

Problem: Deals, line items, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders had to stay consistent between HubSpot and NetSuite across multiple client portals, within both platforms' API limits.
What I built: A two-way sync: Closed Won deals create or update NetSuite orders through a RESTlet, deal and line-item properties sync across, and NetSuite order changes sync back to the HubSpot deal.

Workflow Automation

Problem: Invoices and fulfillments were entered into NetSuite by hand, with delays between HubSpot and NetSuite.
What I built: A HubSpot workflow fires when a ticket is fulfilled; custom code actions call NetSuite's invoice API and the invoice is created with no manual step.

Integration / Document Automation

Problem: Proposals were prepared and tracked outside the CRM, so deal stages and document status drifted apart.
What I built: When a deal reaches the signature stage, PandaDoc generates and sends the document pre-filled with CRM data; once signed, the document is attached to the deal and the deal moves to Closed Won.

Workflow Automation

Problem: Closing a project meant manual hand-offs across deals, tickets, and associated records.
What I built: A multi-step workflow that updates deal stages, notifies stakeholders, closes associated tickets, and triggers final deliverable tasks automatically.

Custom HubSpot Development

Problem: Product, order, and fulfillment data didn't fit HubSpot's standard objects.
What I built: Custom objects (such as purchase orders and rate cards) associated with deals and line items, plus custom cards built with the UI Extensions SDK and React that show external data inside CRM records.

Marketing Automation

What I built: Email flows that react to triggers such as file uploads, read responses to update and log on tickets, and send a sequence of reminders when there's no response.
