Most of my work is making HubSpot talk to the rest of the business: syncing deals, orders, invoices and fulfillments with NetSuite, generating documents through PandaDoc, and fanning out notifications to Slack, Gmail and JIRA, with the retries, batching and error handling that keep those syncs from silently breaking.

HubSpot ↔ NetSuite Bidirectional Sync

Problem
Deals, line items, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders had to stay consistent between HubSpot and NetSuite across multiple client portals, within both platforms' API limits.
What I built
A two-way sync: Closed Won deals create or update NetSuite orders through a RESTlet, deal and line-item properties sync across, and NetSuite order changes sync back to the HubSpot deal.

Workflow Automation

Invoice & Fulfillment Automation

Problem
Invoices and fulfillments were entered into NetSuite by hand, with delays between HubSpot and NetSuite.
What I built
A HubSpot workflow fires when a ticket is fulfilled; custom code actions call NetSuite's invoice API and the invoice is created with no manual step.

Integration / Document Automation

PandaDoc + HubSpot Document Flow

Problem
Proposals were prepared and tracked outside the CRM, so deal stages and document status drifted apart.
What I built
When a deal reaches the signature stage, PandaDoc generates and sends the document pre-filled with CRM data; once signed, the document is attached to the deal and the deal moves to Closed Won.

How I work

Engineering principles

  1. Model the business first

    Pipelines, stages, custom objects and associations are designed to mirror how the team actually sells, orders and fulfils.

  2. Plan for API limits

    Batch input limits, 429 rate errors and paging cursors are handled up front, with chunked reads and exponential backoff.

  3. Real error handling

    Integrations get retries, batching and monitoring, so a sync doesn't fail silently.

  4. Review before delivery

    Integration architecture is reviewed against shared standards for custom code actions before it reaches a client.
