The problem
Invoices and fulfillments were entered into NetSuite by hand, with delays between HubSpot and NetSuite.
What I built
A HubSpot workflow fires when a ticket is fulfilled; custom code actions call NetSuite's invoice API and the invoice is created with no manual step.
